I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I accidently seem to have lost my A4 size file, which I realized when I checked my luggage at home. Since I opened the file to take out certain papers I was reading during the journey, and also I got off from the taxi on the drive way of my house, it is highly unlikely that I would have forgotten the file elsewhere.. . This file has a leather cover with a zip around it and is black in color. My visiting card can be found at the top right corner on the front cover of the file. The file contains a Parker fountain pen, some papers of my presentation and business cards. These are not valuable in monitory terms, however they do value a lot to me, personally.
